  • Led & mentored a team of 6 engineers to design high-performing, scalable, secure finance services products. Managed flows for credit apps, contracting, and document signing, integrating with partners like RouteOne, Honda, and Unifi to create a centralized data storage solution generating millions in annual revenue.
  • Coordinated improvements, innovations, and security enhancements including AWS Well-Architected Framework, automated security patching, compliance upgrades, quarterly security reviews, observability dashboards with CloudWatch and New Relic, and real-time service alerts with automated rollbacks.
  • Led quarterly PI planning aligned with product roadmaps, delivering fully tested solutions with 99.99% API uptime and response times consistently under SLA thresholds for high-volume AWS-hosted services.
  • Introduced a new CI/CD pipeline using Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions, increasing release efficiency from weekly to daily in lower environments and from monthly to every sprint in production, improving productivity by over 150%.
